Option One, is to take out a mortgage on your intended purchase in Bulgaria for this all details and terms are listed below, however please note that mortgage on Bulgarian property is only available on a completed property it is not available on off plan apartments or on a land purchase, if you are thinking of buying an off plan property or some land to build later then like lot of our clients option two below may suit you best.
Option Two, is to release some funds from your property in UK - this can be done as a remortgage or secured loan.
Remortgage on UK property is a cheaper option then secured loan with an added advantage of you knowing the monthly payments without having to worry about currency rate changes.
